I agree to:

Keep my screen on throughout the training so that participants experience an engaged and attuned learning environment.Ensure a private space to engage in the online training.

Workshop Preparation

I agree to bring:

A sandtray (or equivalent) filled with sand (or equivalent). A children’s story or short story that I want to practice telling on the last day of the workshop. A collection of objects (can be all natural items such as a pinecones,rocks) or clay/play dough to make the story pieces.A laptop, tablet or smartphone with a phone arm that permits others in the workshop to see my sandtray and creating process.

Confidentiality

I agree to only talk about my own experience in the workshop and training.

Training Others in Moving Stories

I understand that collaboration with Dr. Sue Carroll Duffy, Psy.D.,RPT-S, is required to provide Moving Stories training to others and that materials used in this course are copyrighted and shall not be distributed.

Photography & Video Recording

I give permission for Moving Stories to record the workshop. This recording will only be used for those enrolled in this training. Ialso agree to a ZOOM group picture and a picture of my sandtray creations (which will be de-identified).
